Peak to Peak Run Club is a FREE and fun way for our youngest students (grades K-2) to fall in love with running and build the foundation for lifelong healthy habits, years before they are old enough to join the middle school cross country and track teams.
Participants will start their day with mood-boosting movement that will get their brains ready for learning. (Studies show this works!)
All abilities are welcome as we learn together about proper form, stretching, hydration, and work toward our goal of running 1 mile.
Dates: Wednesday Mornings from 7:55-8:35am from Mar 25 to May 13
