Middle School Peak Performance Training!
Middle School Peak Performance Training is led by Middle School Boys Basketball Coach Chris Hurwitz. With 10 years of experience as a professional fitness trainer & licensed physical therapist, Coach Hurwitz brings extensive knowledge in strength, conditioning, and athletic development tailored specifically to middle school students.
This 8-week program is designed for middle school athletes seeking structured off-season training to support any sport, as well as for students who are new to fitness and want to build a strong foundation. Participants will focus on proper movement mechanics, strength development, coordination, and overall body efficiency in a safe, supportive, and age-appropriate environment.
Location: Peak to Peak Middle School Gym
Dates: March 25th - May 17th
Days/Times: Wednesdays 3:30-4:30pm & Sundays 9-10am
Cost: $200
Registration Limit: 20 (Please note, we need at least 10 students for this program to run!)
