Schedule

SUMMER DISTANCE TRAINING (oriented to the 5k race distance)
WHO: All rising 8th - 12th graders
WHEN: June 13th - August 6th. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and SOME Saturdays.
             M, T, Th, Sa - 7:15-8:45 a.m. (Wednesdays 7:30-9:00 a.m.)
WHERE: Trails in and near Lafayette
COST: NO CHARGE but we ask you to make a donation to our program if you are able. All donations are used to help the team (coaches take no pay).
